Timing, timing, timing... and a little bit more of an anticipation and reaction to the throw. The only down side is I shot with an external flash that gave a little bit of a flicker and no remote so the camera did move a little, causing an unwanted shaking... I plan on shooting the final final version of this on the pencil test machine.
